It's the sixth Anglesey Arts Weeks. During the open Studio's and Galleries Weeks, painters, sculptors, photographers, installation artits and craftworkers open their studio's to visitors. You may find anything from cards, prints and original works of art to buy, see anything from works in progress to exhibitions of contemporary art. |

200 authentically equiped warrioors and villagers recreate the early 10th Century politi cal rivalry on the island, leading to eventual battleof Ros Meilion to expel the Vikings.
- See a 10th century encampment
- Experience a Viking wedding
- See Vikings at workcreating their own craftwork.
- Watch re-enactments of Viking battles
- Witness the ceremonial boat burning and firework display

The festival is held on the sea-front showground in one of the most picturesque bays of the UK. Llandudno is Wales largest resort and famed for its Victorian style and Edwardian elegance.
The Transport festival is the largest in Wales, and is held in conjunction with the Victorian Extravaganza. Costume, vintage fairground and a host of attractions combine in a unique annual celebration of transport and entertainment. The two events are linked by a free shuttle bus service.

In it's 10th year, and increasing in it's popularity, The Anglesey Marathon is the only marathon in Wales and has been graded 'Gold' for the past 3 years by the B.A.R.R association (British Association of Road Races), comprising of a 10k and 5K race as well as the main marathon event. Also this year is a Half Marathon and it has also been awarded the Welsh Masters Championships for the second year and for the first time, the British Masters Championships this year! Come and meet our race patron Colin Jackson who will be with us again this year. |

A full programme of events is planned for the annual festival which is held at the Trearddur Bay Hotel, Trearddur Bay. Visitors will get the chance to
